- Customer Data (on behalf of the Client): As a platform provider, we process User data as instructed by our Clients. We act as a data processor for this information, and the Client is the data controller.

- Personal Information: When you create an account or book an appointment through Bookesy, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and potentially your address depending on the Client's requirements.
- Appointment Information: We collect information about your appointments, such as the date, time, service booked, staff member, and any special requests.
- Payment Information (if applicable): If you make payments through Bookesy, we collect payment information necessary to process the transaction. Similar to Client financial information, this is processed securely by our payment processors, and we do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use Bookesy, such as the businesses you interact with, the appointments you book, and your login activity.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access Bookesy, such as the device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
